3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation by contacting Roamgala through registered booking contact details. Cancellation becomes effective only when Roamgala formally acknowledges the request in writing. The applicable cancellation amount depends on service type, supplier policy, cancellation date, travel date, season, and specific booking terms.

3.2 General Cancellation Structure

Unless the booking confirmation states otherwise, the following is used as an indicative framework:

Cancellation TimingIndicative Charge
More than 30 days before serviceActual supplier charges / administrative charges
15–30 days before serviceUp to 25% of booking value
7–14 days before serviceUp to 50% of booking value
3–6 days before serviceUp to 75% of booking value
Within 72 hours / No-showUp to 100% of booking value

Important Supplier Caveat:

The actual cancellation terms mentioned in the customer's booking confirmation prevail where supplier-specific cancellation conditions differ. For airfare, hotels, events, special-rate bookings, peak-season bookings, and non-refundable products, the supplier's specific policy may apply.

3.3 No-Show

If a customer fails to use a booked service without acceptable cancellation notice, it is treated as a No-Show and is non-refundable.

3.4 Late Arrival

Failure to arrive within permitted check-in, pickup, or reporting time may be treated as a no-show where supplier rules so provide.

3.5 Cancellation by Roamgala

If Roamgala cancels due to supplier failure or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative or applicable refund under law.
